Adam Thwaites Fitness is an HYROX AFFILIATE TRAINING CLUB.
HYROX is the world’s fastest growing functional fitness sport that combines both running and functional workout stations. HYROX is truly accessible for everyone. No matter your fitness level or experience we can scale each and every movement to suit you.
Our HYROX classes are the perfect blend of strength and endurance, combining running and functional exercises. Our HYROX classes will take your training to the next level. Whether you’re just starting out or an elite athlete we want you to join our inclusive, supportive community.
HYROX YOUNGSTARS
Adam Thwaites Fitness is an HYROX AFFILIATE TRAINING CLUB.
Monday 4pm-4:45pm
8-15 years old
Give your kids the ultimate fitness challenge — HYROX YoungStars brings the excitement of HYROX racing to ages 8–15 in a fun, safe, and motivating class environment.
Each session combines short runs with age-appropriate functional workouts (think SkiErg, lunges, wall balls, rowing and more) to build speed, strength, coordination, and confidence.

Broga
An amazing workout which combines strength, power, flexibility, mobility and cardio fitness all at the same time. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, flexibility or mobility. Each session breaks down into different body parts building their strength, power and flexibility.
Broga classes are available both in studio and online for your convenience. Beginners welcome - a great workout is guaranteed!
HIIT
If you want to burn fat, improve endurance and build strength, then High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the class for you. HIIT classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and are based in a motivating group environment. Classes for 45 minutes long and you will always leave with a post workout endorphin high!
HIIT classes are studio based. Expect cardio, strength, power, endurance and core!
PERFORM AND RESTORE YOGA
Every Thursday 7am-7:45am

Our Restore & Perform Yoga class is a balanced class combining mobility, strength, and restorative poses to help you move better, recover faster, and feel your best. Expect purposeful movement, deep stretching, and calming breathwork to leave you refreshed, rebalanced, and ready to perform.
COMMUNITY RUN CLUB
Our brand new Community Run Club
Whether you're:
- Looking for some extra accountability
- Wanting to stay consistent with your training
- Keen to build your base for races, fitness comps, or just your own goals
- Or simply want to connect with like-minded people and be part of something social and motivating…
Approx 1 hr & a mix of road / trail runs / intervals - all abilities welcome!

Time: Tuesday 6PM weekly
Cost: Open and free for all class members, open gym users, PT clients, and drop-ins - all welcome!
