Circuit Training
This class has it all. An amazing fitness workout with a motivating group of people. This class is different every week but you will always leave with an endorphin high. a great cardio based workout incorporating lots of strength, core, and mobility exercises. Lots of strength and cardio killers, The Wattbike, shuttles, battle ropes, tyres, kettlebells, plyo boxes, suspension trainers and more!
Boxercise
A great High Intensity Interval Training workout which is based on the training methods used by boxers. Classes involve hitting focus pads but no session involves hitting an opponent. All levels of fitness welcome.
Fit Kids
This class is designed to increase coordination, fitness and strength in a fun and stimulating setting; building confidence, body awareness and character development.
