About Me

I have always been passionate about sport and fitness. After finishing playing professional football with Carlisle United I qualified as a personal trainer in 2004.
Since then I’ve been dedicated to changing lives through my creative, powerful and challenging workouts.
I am always looking at new ways to grow and develop my fitness workouts, so as many people as possible can enjoy the benefits of a healthier happy lifestyle.

I don’t believe in a one size fits all experience. Personal training sessions offer a greater focus on you, giving a bespoke and challenging form of training which keeps you motivated and moving towards your goals.
I mix strength training with high intensity workouts to achieve highly effective results in strength, flexibility, fitness and weight loss. As well as helping clients complete a wide range of fitness events and challenges.
